  The classes taught here are all-level and usually around 95 degrees. It's a welcoming environment, and the teacher is top notch.
  
  The Strength and Stability classes mostly focus on physical and mental strength and encourage expression and exploration throughout. The Friday classes are slower and more fluid but allow for lots of creativity.
  
  The whole experience is pretty unique. Classes are cheap too. $10 cash.
